Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a referral to start?
No referral is required — you can reach out directly, and our team will guide you through the assessment and admissions process.
Can a family member call on my behalf?
Yes — family members and loved ones are welcome to call with questions, though clinical details about a client's care can only be shared with the client's written consent per HIPAA. If you're supporting someone else through this, our guide for families and loved ones may help too.
What if I'm not sure treatment is what I need yet?
That's a completely normal place to start from. A conversation with our team doesn't commit you to anything — it just gives you clearer information to make your own decision.
